Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

  1. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items purchased were defective or damaged.
  2. Products which have been worn, used, damaged due to mishandling, sales/clearance items and customers change of minds are strictly not accepted for exchange, return or refund.
  3. If you believe you have received the wrong item:
    1. Please reach out to us via email at sales@titaniumresources.biz with your order reference, invoice/receipt, and a photograph of the item within 3 days upon receipt of goods.
    2. Please note that items will have to be unopened and intact.
    3. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you shortly to find out more and conduct an exchange.
  4. If you believe you have received a faulty, defective or damage item:
    1. You can reach out to us via email at sales@titaniumresources.biz with your order reference, invoice/receipt as well as a photograph and description of the fault/defect/damage within 3 days upon receipt of goods..
    2. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you shortly to find out more and conduct an exchange.
    3. Upon verifying that you have received a faulty/defective/damage item, we will arrange for an exchange of the item at your convenience.
    4. If the replacement item is no longer in-stock, we will issue you a voucher for use on our Online Store instead.
