How do I know if my orders went through successfully?
After placing your order on our website and upon full payment of your purchase and any shipping and extra charges (where applicable), you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the order number, product information, and shipping address. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you have yet to receive the order confirmation email after some time, do reach out to us at sales@titaniumresources.biz and we will be most glad to assist further.
You can also check the status of your order to see if it is being processed or shipped by logging into your account to view under your order history.

How do I make payment on my purchase?
You may choose to buy at marketplaces assigned e.g. shopee or buy directly from our store. We accept payments by major Debit or Credit Cards. Should you encounter any problems with payment during checkout, please contact us via live chat or at sales@titaniumresources.biz.
How do I use my discount code?
To apply your discount code, simply enter it in the "Discount code" field of the Checkout page before making payments. Please note that we are unable to apply a discount for you once the order is submitted.
How do I earn reward points?
To earn reward points, you must have an account and confirmed order.

- $1 spent = 0.50 bonus point in one online order only.
- 10 bonus points =$0.10 redeemable in your next online order.
- Once you have earned enough points, you can redeem them on future purchases.
- To redeem your points, log in to your account and click the "Rewards" tab to see your current balance and available rewards for redemption.
- Redeemable dollars are not exchangeable for cash.
- All redemptions are final. No refunds/exchanges are allowed once the redemptions are completed.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Titanium Resources Pte Ltd shall be deemed final.

How do I apply reward points to my purchase?
To redeem reward points to offset against your order,
- Click on "Rewards" located at the left bottom corner of the page.
- Click on "Get Rewards".
- Click on "Redeem".
- Shift the cursor to the right to select value to redeem. Click on the "Green Tick" to confirm the redeemed value.
- Click on "Apply" for the voucher to be applicable during checkout page.
During checkout page, you will see the discount applied.
Local Delivery
What local shipping options are available on your order?
We offer various shipping options to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Our shipping options include the following:
- Standard Shipping - This is our default shipping option, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days. Free of charge for online orders above a minimum spend of S$50 and S$5 for all other online orders.
- Self-Collection – This option is available at our warehouse located at 24 Penjuru Road #08-03 Commodity Hub. Singapore 609128.
Is tracking number available for my local delivery?
All shipping options come with tracking information so you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery. Do note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or customs delays.
For local Singapore shipments, tracking information will be sent to you by our appointed courier company.

Can I self-collect my order?
Yes you can! If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, upon check-out, select ‘Self-collect at “24 Penjuru Road #08-03”.
You will be able to collect your order after 2 working days day for all regular items.
Do note that for self-collection, our warehouse operating hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays. Do try to avoid lunch hour between 12noon to 2pm.
Please bring along a copy of the email or flash us the email over your phone to verify your order purchase for collection.
When will delivery take place?
For local delivery within Singapore, your orders will be delivered to your address via our assigned courier service within 2-5 working days. Orders are delivered between 9am and 6pm, Mon to Fri, not including public holidays.
We deliver anywhere in Singapore, with the exception of offshore islands (e.g. Jurong Island, Tuas) and restricted zones (e.g. army camps, Changi Airport). Extra charges apply for Sentosa Island addresses. Refer to Shipping Policy & Fee.
Please ensure that your full address is correctly provided in the shipping order to prevent any delivery issues.
Kindly ensure that there is a recipient to receive your items; if orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt(first Attempt). If first attempt fail, any subsequent attempt will incur an additional delivery charge.
Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver. During peak season and sale periods, delivery may also take a few more days.
